General

Please note that when shipping goods from Northern Ireland, cross border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In respect of all goods dispatched to you to an address outside of Northern Ireland, you are deemed to be the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered.

(This may only apply to the Republic of Ireland)

Quality of Goods

We never compromise on the quality of our goods, we understand quality and value for money is upper most in our customer´s minds. All our products are manufactured to the highest standards, and sourced only from manufacturers with exacting standards, holding ISO9000/9001/9002 and ISO 14001 for quality. We stock products made by your printer manufacturer and compatible products from alternative manufacturers.

On compatible products, ink/toner quality and life span are comparable to that of the branded manufacturers. Compatible remanufactured cartridges are all print tested prior to leaving our manufacturers. Contact our Customer Service team for more details. All your purchases are backed by our "no quibble guarantee".

If your goods have been damaged in transit or you discover a fault, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us as soon as possible after receipt. Arrangements will be agreed for return and replacement items will be dispatched. Please contact us prior to returning any goods, this will allow us to quickly resolve any issues.

No Quibble Policy

Unwanted / Items Purchased in Error

We will happily exchange or offer to repurchase from you items bought in error within 30 days of purchase. All we ask is that the items were bought from Cartridge Zone and are returned in their original unopened packaging in a resalable condition, (If this is not possible, the refund may be reduced to conpensate)

Cancellation

As part of our no quibble guarantee, please note that under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to a "cooling off period". You are entitled to cancel your order fourteen working days from the day after you receive your goods, for any reason. The regulations state that we must return your money within 30 days. It is our policy that all monies will be returned within 3 working days of cancellation. We will request the return of the goods within a reasonable timescale agreed with each customer. To cancel an order or request that we repurchase the goods from you please contact our Customer Service team.

Dispatch of Goods to You

Unless you notify us, in respect of all orders at the time of placing the order, that you will arrange for your own collection of goods from our place of business in Northern Ireland, we will arrange for the dispatch of your order on your behalf.

a. Cartridge Zone will arrange post, or arrange a courier ( on your behalf for, the goods ordered by you to the person and address you give Cartridge Zone at the time you make your order. The consignee (i.e. the person to whom the consignment is sent) will be the declarant and importer into the country for which the consignment is destined. For non-UK destinations, the consignee will be responsible for both customs clearance and payment of customs duties and local taxes where required.

b. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of despatch of the order. All delivery times quoted on the web site are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies. Speed and quality of delivery is very important to us; we want you to be more than satisfied with our service. We make every effort to dispatch orders on the day of receipt, if received before 1pm, Monday-Friday. Delivery usually takes place within 5-7 working days. In the event we are unable to dispatch your order promptly we will email or call you to advise you of this. On the rare occasion that a product is unexpectedly out of stock, we will e-mail or call you as soon as possible to let you know the estimated time for delivery, allowing you to make alternative arrangements, if you wish.

c. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when the goods are dispatched to you from our premises in Jersey.

d. Certain goods may by fulfilled and dispatched from the UK

e. It is worth noting that we find a high proportion of missing items are held at local sorting offices or are held by a neighbour or colleague. Royal Mail should leave a card indicating this, however there are times when these are misplaced or not left at all, so if possible please check first. As is customary, compensation is limited to the value of goods lost, a replacement will be offered or refund as appropriate upon confirmation that you have checked that the goods are not at your local sorting office. The Royal Mail will not accept claims for goods lost in post until 15 days have elapsed from the time of dispatch. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Liability

Force Majeure

Cartridge Zone shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Invalidity

If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which Cartridge Zone excludes its liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

Governing Law

The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with British law, and the British courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

General

These terms and conditions, together with the current Cartridge Zone Web site prices, delivery details and Cartridge Zone contact details, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by Cartridge Zone. These terms and conditions cannot be varied except in writing signed by a director of Cartridge Zone. In particular nothing said by any sales person on behalf of Cartridge Zone should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised Cartridge Zone representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by Cartridge Zone. Cartridge Zone shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
