• In the unlikely event of a technical problem, dispatch a replacement with a ‘free post’ returns envelope to minimise disruption to our customers.
• Offer a full or partial refund should you require it.

Unwanted / Items Purchased in Error

We will happily exchange or refund unwanted items or items bought in error within 7 days of purchase. All we ask is that the items were bought from ourselves, are returned in their original unopened packaging and in a resalable condition.

Cancellation

As part of our no quibble guarantee, please note that under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to a "cooling off period". You are entitled to cancel your order seven working days from the day after you receive your goods, for any reason. The regulations state that we must return your money within 30 days. It is our policy that all monies will be returned within 3 working days of cancellation. We will request the return of the goods within a reasonable timescale agreed with each customer.
